Do I need any technical knowledge to use Setonex?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Setonex.
Are they two separate apps?
Yes — Setonex Lead Automation and Setonex Attendance. Use one or both, whichever fits your business.
Will this get my WhatsApp number banned?
No. Setonex's default follow-up uses your own real WhatsApp with a single tap — the same as if you messaged the customer yourself. There are no bots and no risky automation on by default.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. Setonex works with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.
Can I bring in my IndiaMART leads?
Yes. Your IndiaMART enquiries sync into Setonex automatically, ready to follow up.
How does staff mark attendance?
Employees check in from their own phone, but only when they're inside an admin-approved work location, within a radius the admin sets. If they leave the zone, the app alerts both sides and starts a break automatically.
Can salary be calculated automatically?
Yes. Admins set a per-day or per-hour rate, and Setonex calculates each employee's salary from their actual attendance.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is isolated per business, encrypted, and handled in line with India's DPDP Act.
